Processing and Shipping

How long will it take for my order to be processed?


Our mugs take approximately 2-7 business days to process. 


Our hats take approximately 2-7 business days to process. 
*Processing times may vary depending on season (i.e Holidays, Covid-19 delays, etc).

How long will it take for my order to ship?

All orders will ship immediately after processing. Your order will ship approximately 2-10 business days from the date of your original order.  

Is express/expedited shipping available?

No, unfortunately express shipping is not available at this time. 

Do you ship outside of North America? 

Yes we do! We ship worldwide! Please be aware that you may be subject to customs fees, duties or taxes in your country. 

Can I cancel my order once placed?

No, orders are made to order and we are unable to cancel them once they have been put through. 

Deliveries and Returns

Tracking information shows my package was delivered but I did not receive anything. What do I do? 

Please let us know and we will confirm that the package was sent and delivered to the recipient address provided. However, if after confirmation you still do not have the package, you will need to contact the courier (i.e. USPS, DHL, Canada Post, etc) that was used to find out more information.

I only received part of my order. Where is the rest?

Sometimes our items ship from different manufacturers and will therefore arrive at different times. Please contact us for more information. 

My package was not delivered due to "unsuccessful attempt" or an issue with my address. Can I have it reshipped?  

Some couriers will attempt to deliver your package again the next business day if the first attempt was unsuccessful. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful or the package cannot be delivered for other reasons, let us know. We are able to reship your package to you but a reshipment fee will be applied.

Can I return my item(s)?

No, items cannot be returned. If you have an issue with your product, please let us know! 

Damaged and Lost Items

My product is damaged. What do I do?

Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or broken product. We will do our best to rectify the issue right away! Please be sure to take a photo of the damaged item for reference. 

It appears as though my item is lost. What should I do?

Please refer to your tracking information first. If there is no available information, please contact us to advise. We will help to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

All of our mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe! Our hats are machine-wash safe. However, please be mindful of hat colours and washing methods.
